A: The conference will take place on Wednesday, 20th March 2024, at Rydges Mount Panorama Bathurst.

A: Yes, a detailed program schedule for Day 1 and the farm visit on Day 2 is available on the conference website under Program. This includes speaker sessions, networking breaks, and the conference dinner.

Q: What are the ticket prices for the conference?
A: Ticket Prices:
General Admission: $120 - Sales start Thursday 22nd Feb 2024
Early Bird Ticket: $95 - Available until 21st February, offering a $25 discount.
Double Pass: $170 - Includes 1 Early Bird Ticket, and 1 Additional Ticket at $75
Triple Pass: $245 - Includes 1 Early Bird Ticket, and 2 Additional Tickets at $75 each
Family Pass: $315 - Includes 1 Early Bird Tickets, and 3 Additional Tickets at $75 each

Q: Are there any opportunities for networking?
A: Yes, there are scheduled networking breaks throughout the conference, as well as an informal evening session that provides an excellent opportunity to connect with peers and industry leaders.
Q: Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend after registration?
A: A 50% refund for tickets are available up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations on the day will not be refunded.
Q: Will there be any on-site visits included in the conference program?
A: Yes, the second day of the conference includes a half-day on-site farm visit, where attendees will have the opportunity to see practical applications of agroforestry and discuss with producers about their experiences.
Q: What should I bring to the conference?
A: Attendees are advised to bring business cards for networking, a notepad or electronic device for taking notes, and boots, hat, and jacket for the farm visit on the second day. Attendees should also bring their farm plans and farm maps as they delve into the details of farm forestry in the workshop sessions.
